How does peepsio use AI?

Peepsio uses AI to support the admin-heavy stages of ER processes, and to coach and guide managers or employees through the common processes they participate in, aiming for better outcomes every time. Think note taking, evidence reviews to unearth insights, summarisation, data-checking and script preparation.

Rather than relying on generic or standalone AI outputs, peepsio dynamically retrieves relevant organisational context including company policy, feeding it into the AI’s response generation. This means responses are context aware, policy consistent and relevant.

Is my data secure in peepsio?

We acknowledge that Peepsio will process some of the most sensitive personal data accessible to HR teams. It is for that reason that we take security extremely seriously. Our security measures are growing over time, and include:

  • LLM Training: None of the data stored in peepsio is used for training Open AI models, as part our business account agreement.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.2+) and at rest. This ensures that your data remains protected at every stage.
  • Access Control: We use secure authentication mechanisms (like key-based SSH) for our systems and enforce strong internal access policies.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted with reputable cloud providers that comply with industry-leading standards for physical and digital security (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Data Isolation: Customer data is logically isolated, ensuring that your information is never mixed with other users’ data.

Does peepsio integrate with existing HR systems?

Can I replicate peepsio using custom GPTs?

No. As a platform, peepsio provides more sophisticated capabilities than what you can create through a custom GPT. A custom GPT is best used for individual, discrete tasks as opposed to entire, connected workflows. Peepsio supports workflow visibility and seamless sharing of processes among employees and managers for improved collaboration and efficiency.
